  • Client Management:
    • Guiding Host Families in matching and further process before and after receiving an au pair to their homes
    • Guiding Au Pairs before arrival and during their Au Pair year in the Netherlands
  • Back Office Management:
    • Visa/Residence card requests, screening documents,
    • Coordinating, keeping track of CRM system,
    • Booking tickets and insurances,
    • Invoice Manangement
  • Marketing Management:
    • Update and come up with ideas for the website,
    • Update and start up new ideas on Insta/Facebook,
    • Take care of Welcome trainings
    • Organisation of Au Pair events (3 X per jaar) First Aid courses for Au Pairs
    • Setting up other side promotions



  • Affinity with au pair program
  • Social skills:
    • You are communicative in word and writing
    • You are a people person with an energetic and open personality,
    • You are service minded
  • Analytical and goaldriven:
    • You are accurate and like things organised and structured
    • You make quick analyses and actively searches for alternatives and possible solutions.
  • Entrepreneurial and entreprising
    • You like adventure and comes up with propositions instead of rising problems.
    • You are inventive, creative and has a positive mindset.


Technical skills:

  • Language: Perfect knowledge of Dutch and English in word and writing; Spanish and/or Portugese is a pro
  • Knowledge of website programs; WordPress
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Knowledge of Exact online
  • Knowledge of Social Media
  • Knowledge in the area of Adobe Creative Suite – Photoshop/ Illustrator is a pro
  • Drivers license is a pro
