Below you find an overview of the current rates of HBN Au Pair Services. We have set up our services in a transparant way for you. You can choose the level of service you wish to receive provided that we comply to the legal conditions and that we can give every of our Au Pairs the same level of guidance and care. To spread the costs we split our total invoice in two.
Fees 2023
* The Intake is a legal obligation and we find it important to meet you and get a feeling of your home and family. Intake fee home visit : 149 euros (excl. 0,25 km and parking costs). Intake fee video call : 129 euros and will take place through video call.
* Recurring placements on Mediation/ Care full service discount-offer: 10% (after 1st) 12 % after 2nd 15% after 3rd placement or more.
* Take over fee for Au Pair residing in NL: Mediation Fee + administration fee + leges + AP file based on amount of months able to stay (Request fees HBN office).
*The IND increases the IND leges (visa application process) every half year.
*All rates include sales tax (BTW).
* Fees are invoiced yearly before placement
* Au Pair Insurance: You can choose between the Super (540,-) or Standard coverage. The full amount will be deducted from your account by the insurance company.
*For the NON EU selfmatch service we work with au pairs from North-America, South-America, Africa, Europe, UK, Canada and Australia.
